Brian’s project turned out to be one of the more unique ones we’ve worked on. At first glance, his roof didn’t seem too unusual—but once we got started, we uncovered several hidden issues beneath the surface. The existing decking wasn’t standard plywood; instead, it was made of 1×6 boards, something rarely seen in today’s roofing projects. Even Brian, who has some experience in the trades, was surprised by what we found.
Despite the unexpected repairs, our team tackled everything head-on. We completed the roof replacement with great care and precision, and also took the time to upgrade the soffit around the entire home and install new gutters to finish it off.
The end result? A beautifully restored roof system—and a very happy homeowner. Brian was ecstatic with how everything turned out, and so were we.
