This project was a unique and exciting challenge: a 22-story waterfront condominium requiring a high-standard roofing solution for a general contractor (GC) client. Unlike a typical homeowner project, this one came with elevated expectations—and we were proud to meet and exceed them.
We installed a premium metal tile roofing system, chosen for its durability, sleek appearance, and long-term performance. The finished result was stunning, adding a refined, modern look to the high-rise structure.
Due to the building’s height and complexity, we used specialized heavy equipment to lift materials safely and efficiently to the roof. The coordination and execution were seamless, and the GC was so impressed with the outcome that they’ve since invited us to take on additional commercial and residential projects.
